Here are a few of our document projects to start you thinking about how we can shorten your To Do list. (Yeah yeah, we know. Not everything can be made to look pretty, but we'll give it a red hot go.)

Good infographics or edugraphics don't just make information look good. The don't just turn data into pictures. A good infographic provides a really useful representation of something that has been simplified in a way that the average person can wrap their head around it. Good edugraphics show relationships, tell stories, help decision making and just help people understand something that previously just didn't make sense. A good info-graphic isn't always simple, but it will always simplify and clarify something complex or abstract. And - good news for your budget - we can quickly and cheaply keep your infographics updated when elements change.

We're happy to talk through how we can help with whatever it is you need to make life easier for your work teams, Board, subcommittees, contractors, staff or volunteers.

Need a Survey?

This custom designed online survey was the first step in a Board and Leadership Team Strategic Planning process.

Organisation CHART

Sometimes one accurate picture is better than a thousand confusing words. This diagram explained to the Committee and volunteers of a Men's Shed how the Shed is connected to the Community Centre that manages the whole site.

If you need help to write or review a Constitution (Rules) for your organisation (or even multiple organisations), we can help. (Because weirdly, we actually like this stuff!)

(An oldie but a goodie!) The toe bone's connected to the foot bone, the foot bone's connected to the ankle bone, the ankle bone's connected to the leg bone...

If you want everyone in your business or organisation to have the same understanding about how a complex something-or-another should be done, you need one of our process maps! In this example, we helped the business owner identify every every step of their sales and installation process, then we built this map which explains the installation process for a water filtration contract.

More Process Maps

This process map is one in a series we designed for Housing Managers.

This diagram untangles the spaghetti bowl of legal relationships for the Board and staff of a community housing organisation. A clear (and current) organisation chart is a Must Have in any induction pack for new Board members, workers or volunteers.

This diagram helps the organisation's board (and especially new members) identify what documents they need to ensure that they are meeting their governance responsibilities.

Every enterprise needs good policies at every level to direct its decisions and actions. We developed this starter suite of policies for a small family-run commercial cleaning company and now they make updates as needed. We're only a phone call away if they need help. And we've got a swag of other policies in our own Policy bank, ready to adapt to your context.  If your existing policies just need checking and tweaking, we can do that too.

Organisation Chart PLus

This edugraphic is more than just an organisation chart - it shows the key relationships this new Community Network has with other organisations and programs.
